Kara Naquin, PA-C, is drawn to women’s health to support patients who have gynecologic cancers. Naquin appreciates patients’ questions and helps women understand their diagnosis so they can make informed decisions about treatment to fit their desired quality of life. Her philosophy is to provide comfort and support for patients as they navigate treatment, just as she would for her own family.  

Naquin’s reward is caring for women throughout the community. She graduated from Louisiana Tech University in 2015 and completed her master’s degree in physician assistant studies at LSU Health Sciences Center-Shreveport School of Allied Health Professions in 2017. Naquin is a nationally certified physician assistant (National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants). 

In her spare time, Naquin enjoys baking and spending time with her husband and daughter.
